Gigabyte U2442 Ultrabook Series

Gigabyte today unveiled the U2442 ultrabook series, which is available in two different models namely the U2442V and U2442N. The U2442V is powered by a 3rd generation Intel Core i5/i7 ULV processor, while the U2442N features a 3rd generation Intel Core i5/i7 standard voltage processor. Both ultrabooks feature a 14-inch HD+ LED backlit display with a 1600 x 900 pixels resolution, a choice of a 7200rpm HDD or a fast SSD, a backlit keyboard, two USB 3.0 ports, Bluetooth 4.0, an optional Thunderbolt and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additional specs include a 2GB nVidia GeForce GTX 660M GPU.

HTC One X Now Available For Pre-Order

The ATT HTC One X is now available for pre-order via Best Buy. Priced at only $50, the smartphone is designed to take advantage of ATT’s 4G LTE network. The HTC One X features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 dual-core processor, a 4.7-inch HD display, the Google Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system and HTC Sense 4.0 user interface.

Indiana Jones whips onto Blu-ray later this year

Lucasfilm has announced the complete Indiana Jones collection will be coming to Blu-ray in Fall 2012, along with a selection of bonus materials and a few surprises.

If 2011 was a good year for high-quality Blu-ray releases of older films Star Wars, Akira and Jurassic Park for example then 2012 is looking just as exciting, as not only are we expecting Jaws later in the year, but Lucasfilm has now announced Indiana Jones will be coming to the HD format too.

Its coming up for ten years since Indiana Jones made his DVD debut, in an impressive box set with (at the time) all three films and a disc of bonus features.
